PESHAWAR: Senior military and police officers visited joint checkpoints of the Pakistan Army and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police amid the current security situation.
The local brigade commander and CCPO Peshawar met with Pakistan Army and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police personnel deployed at the joint checkpoints.
During the visit, the officers praised the professionalism, strong commitment and sacrifices of the security personnel in the fight against terrorism.
The CCPO Peshawar said that the Pakistan Army and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police would continue joint efforts to eliminate terrorism and establish lasting peace through mutual cooperation, effective coordination and national unity.
