In one video message, a Kabul resident criticized the Taliban regime’s policies, blaming them for increasing inflation and unemployment. The citizen called on Afghans to raise their voices against the Taliban regime, saying that people must take responsibility for changing the situation themselves.
The individual further stated that Afghanistan needs to move toward a future free from what he described as Taliban rule and called for an end to the current system of governance.
Meanwhile, a resident of Jalalabad also criticized the Taliban regime, saying that the city, once known for its vineyards and agricultural production, has suffered from worsening conditions. The resident claimed that ordinary people in Jalalabad are facing difficulties while Taliban leadership remains unaware of their problems.
The citizen also accused the Taliban regime of acting against its stated ideology and claimed that its policies were serving interests contrary to those of ordinary Afghans.
The growing criticism comes as Afghanistan continues to face severe economic challenges, including unemployment, inflation, and humanitarian concerns. Opponents of the Taliban regime argue that these conditions have increased public frustration and resistance.
Claims of armed resistance against the Taliban regime have also increased, with opposition groups stating that their activities are expanding in different areas. The Taliban regime, however, has maintained that it has restored security across Afghanistan and rejected claims of widespread opposition.
